What League City athletes say

Active adults and serious competitors from League City trust us to help them return to the sports and activities that matter most.

Arthur with Infinite Athlete has helped me more at understanding my hip issues so I can begin healing. I've been dealing with these issues since 2005 and am now starting to improve with his help. I'll be forever grateful to him.

On March 4, 2024, I began physical therapy with Arthur at Infinite Athlete Physical Therapy & Performance. My trainer at Athletic Body Mechanics in Friendswood, Coach Allen recommended that I seek out physical therapy with Arthur as I am dealing with Plantar Fasciitis, tendonitis, and arthritis. For me, Arthur used a program called the Strong Foot Routine. This plan combined with strengthening, flexibility, and exercises along with dry needling. I have to admit I was nervous about the dry needling but Arthur is very skilled and professional and eases you into it. I can tell you it’s helping me! In addition, I would like to add that I’m and older woman, 68 to be exact, and I appreciate Arthur’s patience with me at all times.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions from League City area athletes about our cash-based model and one-on-one approach.

Do you take insurance?

We're cash-based and don't bill insurance directly. We accept HSA/FSA and provide superbills you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. This model allows us to spend a full hour with you each visit instead of being limited by insurance requirements.

How far is Friendswood from League City?

We're about 10 minutes from League City via FM 518 or FM 528. Many League City athletes make the drive because they value having a full hour of one-on-one attention instead of being rushed through quick insurance visits.

What's included in the initial visit?

Your first visit includes a full movement assessment where we identify faulty patterns and root causes of your pain. We'll discuss your training goals and map out a clear plan to get you back to sport, lifting, or running without setbacks.

Do I need a referral to start?

No referral needed. Just book a phone consult and we'll discuss your situation to see if we're a good fit. If one-on-one sports physical therapy makes sense, we'll schedule your first in-person visit from there.

What are your hours?

We're open Monday through Thursday 8 AM to 6 PM and Friday 8 AM to 5 PM. We're located inside Athletic Body Mechanics at 4390 FM 2351, just off FM 528 near League City.
