Physical Therapy in Friendswood, TX

Get back to your sport without letting pain hold you back

One-on-one physical therapy built for active athletes who refuse to sit on the sidelines. We help you find the root cause and fix faulty movement patterns so you can train, compete, and move the way you want.

What happens when pain keeps you from playing

Your training takes a hit

You cut back on volume or intensity because something hurts, and you watch your progress slip away while you wait for it to magically improve.

You lose confidence in your body

Every workout becomes a gamble—will this movement flare it up again? You start second-guessing lifts, runs, and movements you used to do without thinking.

The problem keeps coming back

You rest, feel better, then jump back in only to have the same issue return a week or two later because the real cause was never addressed.

What athletes say about working with us

Real results from real athletes in Friendswood

I had a torn rotator cuff in my shoulder that was keeping me from lifting weights. I had seen several orthopedic doctors who recommended surgery, but I just didn’t want to go through with it. Then I found Infinite Athlete. They were able to figure out exactly what my shoulder needed. It turns out that just because you have rotator cuff tear doesn’t mean that it requires surgery. They guided me through a step by step rehab plan and 6-months later, I am back to lifting heavy without pain. They made me feel like a professional athlete with the highly focused care that I received. I highly recommend Infinite Athlete!

Frequently Asked Questions

We know you have questions about how this works, what to expect, and whether it's the right fit for you. Here are the answers to what we hear most often.

How is this different from traditional physical therapy?

We provide one-on-one care for the full session, not 15 minutes with a PT while you share equipment with three other people. Every session is focused on your movement patterns, your sport demands, and your specific goals. We dig into the root cause instead of just treating symptoms.

Do you take insurance?

We're cash-based, which means we don't bill insurance directly. However, we accept HSA and FSA, and we provide superbills you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. This model allows us to spend more time with you and deliver better outcomes.

How many sessions will I need?

It depends on your injury, your goals, and how your body responds. Some athletes see significant progress in a few weeks, while others benefit from ongoing support through a training cycle. We'll give you a realistic timeline during your assessment and adjust as needed.

Can you help with running injuries?

Absolutely. People come to us for hip pain, knee pain, ankle pain, and other issues that show up during running. We're certified in run gait analysis and focus on finding the movement patterns that contribute to the problem so you can get back to training without the pain coming back.

What should I bring to my first visit?

Wear comfortable athletic clothing you can move in, and bring any recent imaging or records if you have them. Most importantly, come ready to talk about your goals and what you want to get back to doing.
