Common questions about our care

Active athletes often have questions about cost, time commitment, and what to expect from one-on-one care.

Do you take insurance?

We're a cash-based practice, which means we don't bill insurance directly. However, we accept HSA/FSA payments and provide superbills you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. This model allows us to spend more one-on-one time with you and focus on root cause solutions rather than insurance-driven visit limits.

How many visits will I need?

Every athlete is different. During your initial visit, we'll assess your movement patterns and build a plan based on your goals and schedule. Some people see significant progress in a few sessions, while others benefit from ongoing support as they return to high-level training. We'll give you a clear picture after your first appointment.

What should I expect during my first visit?

Your first visit includes a thorough movement assessment where we look for faulty patterns contributing to your pain or injury. We'll discuss your sport demands, training goals, and what's been tried before. You'll leave with a clear understanding of the root cause and a personalized plan to get you back to what you love.

Can you help with running injuries?

Yes. AJ is a Certified Run Gait Analyst and works with runners dealing with hip, knee, ankle, and back pain. We use video analysis and movement assessment to identify issues in your running form and build a plan to address them. Many runners come to us when mileage keeps getting disrupted by recurring pain.

What makes your approach different?

We focus on finding the root cause rather than chasing symptoms. With advanced certifications in sports and orthopedic manual therapy, we take the time to understand your movement patterns and sport demands. You get one-on-one care every session—no assistants, no shared appointments. It's pro-level attention for everyday athletes who want real results.
